Got a new PTFx in September and got the Flu the same day it arrived , then directly after getting well I got the other flu - so never got to shoot it, once on my feet again, hunting season started so kept with my PA since I had been practicing with it for hunting season. Well today I finally got it (PTF) strung up and what a balanced and good shooting bow it is. Its a light weight 49#'s at my 26" draw but you would never know by the way it zips arrows. I think they are the best looking bows in the Widow line up. I had two of the older TF's and really liked them, but I belive the newer model is better looking and shoots as good as it looks

Andy Man - I also have a PTFX in Bocote and I really like mine. I have a PSA as well, both are the same length and draw weight. Both are great bows, but I must say I like my PTF just a little bit better. Donnie.

I have the PTFX graybark in bamboo and crossgrain. It's the best looking Widow that I have purchased yet. I had a PSA, and a TF, prior to this one. I really believe that it performs better than the others. Don't know why, but it seems to be faster, and more accurate than the others. BTW, it's only 46 @ 27, but it sure spits the arrows out, and hits hard. In fact, it buries an arrow deeper in a McKenzie target than my old compound, set at 60. My carbons are around 480 grains too.

Mines a Cocobolo riser with reddish Tulip wood limb veneers Had put it on Photo-bucket when I first got it due to I thought the woods went together so good In sunlight its almost iridescent. to me the one piece bows seem to feel so much better to shoot- maybe just a head thing but seems noticeable to me.

I have a L/H PTF 111 Autumn Oak 52@26.It is my first one piece Widow--and a nice change from my PMA'S.I bought it because I thought it might be a better bow to use in the dirty wet stuff-- being a one piece.

"dirty wet stuff" Toby really screwed up when he made mine- its way too beautiful to take out hunting. I threw my pin up girl picts away and just hung it up on the wall in their place. As far as it goes outside is the back yard target, and only if its good weather.
